Maler und Grafiker in Berlin, Göhren/Rügen und Stralsund, Schüler der Werkschule Münster und der Kunstgewerbeschule Düsseldorf, studierte bei Norlind in Landskrona und bei Bloch in Berlin. 1937 Ausstellungsverbot.
